Stratagem Management, LLC (“Stratagem,” “we,” “us”) explains here how we handle information for our SMS messaging program.

1. Information we collect

  • Mobile phone number you provide
  • Message content you send or receive
  • Delivery metadata (timestamps, carrier status)
  • Opt-in and opt-out records (including STOP, START, HELP)

We do not buy or scrape phone lists for this program.

2. How we use information

  • Send the reminders, alerts, and operational updates you requested
  • Respond to HELP and process STOP / START
  • Maintain compliance records and troubleshoot delivery

3. Sharing of mobile numbers

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We only share information as needed to operate SMS: with our messaging provider and underlying mobile carriers to send/receive messages; with service providers under confidentiality obligations who support our systems; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your phone number or SMS content.

4. Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies; up to about 30 messages per month per recipient, often fewer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to re-subscribe, or HELP for help. You may also email info@thestratagemgroup.com.

5. Retention and security

We keep opt-in/opt-out records and message logs as needed for operations, compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

6. Children’s privacy

This SMS program is not directed to children under 13.
